  • Credential Information

  • Festival credentials are wristbands and will be shipped in early September 2013. A signature is required to receive your credential package. Credentials will be shipped to the billing address of the credit card used to place the order. Credentials will not be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Additional email correspondence will be sent to the purchaser in regards to the credential order and the shipping process prior to the festival.

  • Lost or broken credentials will not be replaced
  • Broken or tampered with credentials will not be allowed into the festival
  • Children under 10 are free with a credentialed adult
  • Camping is permitted only in official festival campsites

  • VIP Credential

  • Voodoo transforms every aspect of the festival grounds into a work of art. This is no more apparent than the post-industrial VIP area we affectionately call Loa. Set under the natural beauty of City Park’s 200-year-old oak trees, our VIP area (Loa) brings six 40-foot-long shipping containers repurposed into an award-winning, contemporary 3,000 person entertainment complex. The Loa Lounge is the centerpiece of our VIP area and is situated adjacent to the Ritual main stage, where it provides front row access and premium balcony viewing. Loa Credentials allow you to enjoy daily libation specials, comfortable seating and in & out venue privileges throughout the weekend. And when you’re ready, the Loa Front Row awaits, allowing you to go straight to the front of each stage.

  • A weekend credential allows in and out privileges for all three days of The Voodoo Experience.

  • VIP Camp Credential

  • Voodoo’s VIP Loa campsite makes you a part of the festival. Not only does it provide the utmost in comfortable camping, it allows greater festival access including Artist credentials that allow you to go behind the scenes and experience Voodoo from the artist’s perspective. Loa campers will have stage access (with some restrictions) and tickets to the Voodoo kick-off party. You will have access to the full Loa Experience during the day. After hours you can retreat to your safari-style tent with all the comforts of a luxurious hotel room including a queen size bed, full bedding set with comforter, carpeting, furniture and electricity. Campers receive a complimentary daily breakfast, late night snacks and reserved parking near the campsite. Other amenities include; concierge services, a communal lounge with wifi, 24 hour security, medical services, restrooms with flushable toilets, showers, laundry service and more.

  • Weekend Camp Credential

  • A Weekend Camp Credential offers traditional tent camping at a Weekend campsite. A Weekend Camp Credential offers 12′ x 12′ spaces to campers who bring their own tents. Weekend Camping includes complimentary showers, 24 hour security and medical services, food and beverage vendors as well as special events for campers. Check-in is Thursday, check-out is Monday. All campers must be 18 or older and wear a camp wristband.

  • Payment Plan Information

  • EZ Pay is Voodoo's flexible payment plan option allowing you to pay for your credentials in three equal monthly installments. The first installment will be made at the time of purchase and the remaining will automatically be withdrawn from your bank account. EZ Pay is available on orders over $200. Simply select the EZ Pay option in the shopping cart upon checkout.
